A native of DeLand, Turner completed the Volusia County school circuit and continued education at Stetson University. Upon graduating with a Bachelor of Arts in Humanities, Turner worked in the sales, technology, and operations of a 501(c3) music festival company. Deciding to enter real estate in 2013, Turner became a licensed Sales Associate and began graduate work in real estate finance (Master’s of Science Real Estate [MSRE]) at the University of Central Florida. Upon graduation in May 2015, Turner also obtained his Broker License.
