Dave has a well-seasoned background in real estate, having worked for over a dozen years in the commercial real estate field in the New York city area in origination, appraising, servicing, brokering and more. Prior to moving to DeLand in 2021, Dave also held real estate licenses in New York and Massachusetts.
In 2006 Dave made a career change after acquiring a Masters’ Degree in Sacred Scripture, and taught high school theology for many years at Cardinal Spellman in the Bronx NY and most recently Father Lopez Catholic High School in Daytona. Dave is now happy to be returning to the real estate field and is happy to serve all your real estate needs.
Dave has been happily married to his college sweetheart Cathy and have been together over 40 years, and they have two adult children and their wonderful rescue pup Jordy, and are active parishioners at St. Peter Church in DeLand.
